To be able to use Happy2Marry.com, you must register as a member of this portal. Users of this site are bound by this agreement.

This site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek your life partner and is not a casual dating site. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by Happy2Marry.com from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.

Service

You understand and agree to the following:

• On registering with Happy2Marry.com, you must submit a valid e-mail address and select a password and user name during the registration process
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member name and password, and all uses of your account -- whether or not you've authorized such use.
• You agree to notify Happy2Marry.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded (If you wish to register as a paid member).
• Happy2Marry.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance.
• In addition, you understand and agree that the content of all users, including your content, will be collected, aggregated and anonymously integrated into the Happy2Marry.com Service and that Happy2Marry.com will use aggregated data collected from you and other users for statistical and analytical reporting purposes.
• You understand, and agree that, unless expressly stated, Happy2Marry.com in no way controls, verifies, or endorses any of the information contained on or in the Happy2Marry.com service, including links, events, messages, message boards and members published listings.
• Divorced Candidates who seek new alliance by registering with Happy2Marry.com should submit their no-objection certificate issued by Church or Court of Law within 10 days of their registration, failing which their registration will be withheld without any information to the candidate.
• After the receipt of an id & password by the candidate for their created profile either as a Free Member or a Paid member, to change their Date of Birth they should submit their age proof certificate to do so.
• All profiles, Free or Paid will be activated only after the confirmation of the submitted details by their Parents / Reference person/ Candidate himself through the given telephone numbers.
• Once you register with Happy2Marry.com, from then, you will be getting promotional e-mails which bring the current events and functions held at Happy2Marry.com for your kind information.
• If you do not like to receive these e-mails information's kindly unsubscribe by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link given in your received mail.
• All details pertaining to a profile will be totally deleted after a period of 90 days from its expiry.
• A profile is non-transferable. All paid registrations are valid for the relevant duration till the marriage is fixed or up to the betrothal, whichever comes first, according to the membership taken. Betrothal or marriage intimation can be made to 9986301234or support@happy2marry.com.This information by Parents / Family circle / Reference persons will lead to profile deactivation to avoid misinformation to other registered candidates, however this profile can be activated within the validity period if marriage does not take place accordingly. Deactivation information will be sent to the respective profile given e-mail ID. Re-registration of these members has to be done within 45 days from its expiry.

The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by "Happy2Marry.com" is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Happy2Marry.com.

• Happy2Marry.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Happy2Marry.com.
• Under no circumstances will Happy2Marry.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Happy2Marry.com Site or transmitted to Happy2Marry.com members.
• Happy2Marry.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal content posted on the Site by any Members, users or any third party.
• The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Happy2Marry.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Happy2Marry.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the site and/or the Happy2Marry.com service.
• Happy2Marry.com expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of any Content/listing posted on the Site / made available to Happy2Marry.com by any Members or the users of the Site or any third party.
• All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such content and Happy2Marry.com reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such content Posted on the Site. Happy2Marry.com does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the service.

Eligibility

• To get yourself registered as a member of Happy2Marry.com or use this site, please ensure that you are legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
• It is hereby stated that Happy2Marry.com is a portal only to facilitate a lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws prevalent in India. Membership in the service is void where prohibited.
• As a registered user of this portal or as a casual user, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You also confirm that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.
• Happy2Marry.com is not for casual dating and having understood the same, your only intent is to find your life partner through this portal. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. In the event Happy2Marry.com has concerns about your eligibility to become a member or the information provided, it reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

Term

• You are free to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Happy2Marry.com. Kindly note that you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise stated in writing. The termination notice will be sent to your email id provided during your registration process or such other email address as you may later provided to Happy2Marry.com
• If Happy2Marry.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you

For Members – Non-Commercial Use

This portal is not to be used in connection with any commercial endeavours.

Providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to Happy2Marry.com or otherwise is strictly prohibited.No commercial organizations, companies, and/or businesses can become members of Happy2Marry.com and are not permitted to use Happy2Marry.com service or the portal for any purpose whatsoever. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any such breaches.

For Members - Other Terms of Use

Periodic review of the activity and status of each account will be done by Happy2Marry.com. The portal reserves the right in it's sole discretion block the account of a member based on such review.

By registering on Happy2Marry.com, you hereby confirm that

• You do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from Happy2Marry.com and members of Happy2Marry.com as long as you are a registered member of Happy2Marry.com.
• You have also understood and agree to the fact that this consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
• Additionally, this consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
• Kindly note that multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Happy2Marry.com. Happy2Marry.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles. There will be no refund of the subscription fees.
• You confirm that the content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.
• As a part of the Government policy, you are bound to submit a copy of your Aadhar, Passport, Driving License or any other Government issued identity. This is part of the compliance as well as to secure a trust badge on your profile.
• You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.
• Action will be taken if you will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Happy2Marry.com Members.
• Although Happy2Marry.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Happy2Marry.com Site,
• It is a violation to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. Happy2Marry.com might have limited scope to monitor the conduct of its members.
• Happy2Marry.com reserves the right to take appropriate steps in order to protect Happy2Marry.com and/or its Members from any abuse / misuse.
• No automated processes can be used including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Happy2Marry.com and/or its members.
• Communication between members would be screened by Happy2Marry.com and it reserves the right to regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any member.
• To ensure privacy and safety, Happy2Marry.com members are expected to exercise simple precautions mentioned in the Security Tips section. By becoming a Member you hereby agree to abide and adhere to the said Tips.
• Members who subscribe to any of Happy2Marry.com services hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Proprietary Rights in the Content on Happy2Marry.com

All copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information in the Happy2Marry.com is owned by Happy2Marry.com. It retains all proprietary rights in the Happy2Marry.com site and the Happy2Marry.com service, and its licensors.

You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user. In the event of Happy2Marry.com detecting any such act or an attempted act on your part, the same shall be considered as a violation of this agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Happy2Marry.com without refund of any of your unused subscription fees. Please be noted that Happy2Marry.com reserves right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

Content Posted on the Site

• Happy2Marry.com reserves the right to delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that may seem to violate this agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Happy2Marry.com and/or its Members.
• You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to Happy2Marry.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such content on Happy2Marry.com and to Happy2Marry.com members. This would include the content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details.
• Services offered by Happy2Marry.com are to be used only to promote your profile and reach out to other Members for the purpose of identifying and connecting with suitable matches.
• You hereby understand and agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to Happy2Marry.com or Happy2Marry.com members are the sole responsibility of the users. This means that you – the user / member of Happy2Marry.com and (not Happy2Marry.com) are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service.
• It is also understood and accepted by the users that Happy2Marry.com does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. • Happy2Marry.com will take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement. And this would be without limitation, removal of the offending communication / content from the service and terminating the membership of such violators without a refund.
• With its emphasizes on quality of the highest level and at all times which is crucial to a services oriented organization, Happy2Marry.com follows strict protocols which is vital to develop high-quality services in order to offer the best of services to clients at all times.

Content that is illegal or prohibited, includes, but is not limited to, material, text, graphics, video or audio that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
• Transmits or posts any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "spam," junk mail, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," etc.
• Transmits or posts any content that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
• Transmits or posts any viruses or material designed to disrupt, limit or destroy any functionality of any computer software or hardware of users, members or the Happy2Marry.com service.
• Collects, stores or solicits information about other users or members for commercial or unlawful purposes or engage in commercial activity such as contests, sweepstakes, etc. without Happy2Marry.com prior consent.
• Contains personally identifiable information about another member that is published without their express consent.
• Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin.
• Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18 of age.
• Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

Copyright Policy

• All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved to Happy2Marry.com. Written consent of the owner is needed, before you use any proprietary content or information.
• Happy2Marry.com logo and other names including H2M, logos, icons and marks identifying Happy2Marry.com products and services are trademarks of Happy2Marry.com.
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, alter, modify, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the service.
• You shall not remove, cover or obscure any trademark, copyright and other proprietary notices or legends included on the service.
• You understand and agree that any uploading or posting will be at your sole risk and Happy2Marry.com shall not be responsible to you (or to others) in any way.
• Happy2Marry.com does not provide any warranty as to your use of any third party content or software that you obtain from the Happy2Marry.com site.

Member Disputes and User Conduct

You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users and members with respect.

You are allowed to view the contact details of profiles which match your age criteria. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact in a week. Being a free member you can express your interest to a limited number of members. Free membership is valid only for a limited period only. Happy2Marry.com reserves the right to make feature changes accordingly at any time.

You are solely responsible for your communication with other Happy2Marry.com members. Happy2Marry.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. Happy2Marry.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, Happy2Marry.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. Happy2Marry.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

Privacy

Use of the Happy2Marry.com site and/or the Happy2Marry.com service is governed by our Privacy Policy and follow simple guidelines to protect your privacy.

• Cannot ensure the security privacy of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties.

• Is not responsible for activities by search engines which crawl and index  members profile(s) and photos as Happy2Marry.com does not have any control over the search engines behaviour.
• Has the right to change its features and services from time to time based on members comments or as a result of a change of policy in our company.

Disclaimers

Happy2Marry.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Happy2Marry.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Happy2Marry.com Service whether online or offline.

Happy2Marry.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications or any communications by Happy2Marry.com to its Members.

Happy2Marry.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the Happy2Marry.com

Limitation on Liability

In no event will Happy2Marry.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Happy2Marry.com Service, even if Happy2Marry.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If there is any dispute about or involving the site and/or the service, by using the site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, India only.

As a user / member of Happy2Marry.com services, you agree to receive certain specific email from Happy2Marry.com and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the mail. This agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Happy2Marry.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and Happy2Marry.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the service. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

By becoming a member of Happy2Marry.com and/or using the services of the site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
